CES 2024: Sennheiser’s Most Recent Earbuds Monitor Your Body Temperature And Heart Rate

Numerous eye-catching devices have been shown so far at the current Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024, ranging from Sony’s Vision Pro competitor to the Rabbit R1. The German audio behemoth Sennheiser has just debuted the Momentum Sport earphones, another amazing device.

<img decoding=”async” class=”alignnone wp-image-347702″ src=”” alt=” ces 2024 sennheisers most recent earbuds monitor your body temperature and heart r” width=”1079″ height=”719″ title=”CES 2024: Sennheiser's Most Recent Earbuds Monitor Your Body Temperature And Heart Rate 6″ srcset=” 510w,×100.jpg 150w” sizes=”(max-width: 1079px) 100vw, 1079px” />

These earphones are not the same as your typical wireless headphones. They can use a photoplethysmography sensor to monitor your heart rate and a specialized temperature sensor to provide you with real-time data on your body temperature. Additionally, you can sync your heart rate data with other applications like Garmin, Polar, and Strava, and add it to the Apple Health app.

For individuals who like tracking their health data and for those who may wish to replace their smart bands or watches while still wanting to monitor their health metrics, these earphones are a terrific option.

The semi-open design of the Sennheiser Momentum Sport earphones enables users to be aware of their surroundings. Additionally, they include Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology, which blocks out outside noise so that listeners may concentrate on their music. The earphones are suitable for busy lives since they are also shock-resistant and IP55-certified for dust and water protection.

These earphones are said to have a six-hour battery life on a single charge, and an extra eighteen hours if the case is used.

Cost and Availability of Sennheiser Momentum Sport Earbuds

Beginning on April 9, 2024, the earbuds will be offered in three colors: Metallic Graphite, Burned Olive, and Polar Black. They will cost $330 at retail in the US, making them more costly than the Google Pixel Buds Pro, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, and Apple AirPods Pro second generation.
